Spiced Chicken – recipe no.2

Spiced Chicken - Recipe no. 2This is my second recipe for spiced chicken. I used chicken breast cut up for this recipe, but you could use a whole chicken breast or fillet and put it on a burger for the ultimate chicken burger. I also love to eat this with a coriander salad. Delicious!


– 1 Tablespoon Onion powder
– 1/2 Tablespoon smoked paprika
– pinch cayenne pepper
– 1 Teaspoon turmeric
– 1/2 Teaspoon Herbamare vegetable salt
– 1 Teaspoon ground coriander
– 2 Pinches chili flakes
– 1 Teaspoon Ground cumin
– 700g Chicken fillets


Mix all the herbs and salt together in a bowl. cut up the chicken fillets into chunks, toss chicken pieces into mix until completely covered and spice mix al over chicken pieces. Place into a pan and cook until golden brown.
