The other day I made this fantastic lunch, it was turkey slices wrapped over steamed asparagus with one of my homemade dressings that consisted of my favourite spices with mustard seeds and olive oil. I also had a microwaved sweet potato with a bed of baby spinach leaves and my favourite homemade roasted capsicum, sundried tomato and cashew pesto.
Tasty AND healthy! This could become a regular favourite for me at work.
