Protein Porridge

Protein PorridgeThis porridge is fantastic. You can store it in the pantry, take it to work in a tub and keep it in the draw or on your desk. All you have to do is add water, you can eat it raw like muesli or microwave it/ cook it on the stove top and have it like porridge. 
Also it’s full of protein from the nuts, chia seeds and quinoa flakes.

Ingredients: 

– 50g Stabilised Wheat germ
– 50g Quinoa flakes
– 200g rolled oats

– 100g skim milk powder
– 50g chia seeds
– 50g raw almonds, half of them chopped
– 30g pecans, roughly chopped
– 60g sultanas

Method:

Put all into a bowl, combine evenly and put into an airtight container. Store in the fridge if you are not going to eat it within 1 month. To eat just add as much water as you like. Also you can add cinnamon if you want it a little sweeter.
