Aaaarggghhh, I have 52 days to try and lose some weight so I can look fabulous for my months long trip overseas to England Scotland and Paris.
So, I am sitting here going through my juice and smoothie books, I have found that pre-chopping and freezing fruit and veggies to make green smoothies. While I was doing this I noticed a huge change in my energy levels and I began to lose weight.
Anyway, I am going to find some images of things to keep me motivated and working towards my goals .
We spend 8 hours a day together. We can keep each other motivated if you like 🙂
