Ok, so a work friend and I have decided to go sugar free for a month. It all started off as a joke when we were talking about another colleague who we admired for always eating really well and never at sugar during the week.
Then I was like, why don’t we do it actualy for 1 month just to see the effects?
So starting Monday I am cutting out the artificial crap and only eating sugars that come from natural sources like honey, fruits and dates etc.
I have no idea how I will cope or how long I will last but I have already made some delicious new bliss balls and chocolate coconut slice that I will post.
Hopefully I will see some changes in time for end of spring.
