30 Day Challenge – Pre Hawaii Diet

Ok, so I am really struggling with eating right, and i know the pressure is on with my Hawaii trip coming up. I also want to ensure I maintain my health to help with my stress especially as of late.

So here is my next challenge for the next 30 days;

1 – No wheat

2 – a juice a day

3 – no refined sugar (natural is fine)

The only exception will be on Easter Friday and Easter Monday to which I will treat myself to a hot cross bun or 2!

I also want to work out at least 4 times a week and measure my stress and heart beat level using my samsung fitness app.

I will try and keep myself strong… if you have any fitness or health blogs give me a shout out!!!
