There are many recipes of peanut butter bliss balls but this one is delicious and smooth and creamy and sweet. They are perfect for post-workout snacks, that 3pm pick me up or snack on the go!
This one has many different nuts and goji berries with sultanas so it is full of protein and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
- 10 rasil Nuts
- 1 Tbs chia seeds
- 50g cashew nuts
- 30g pecans
- 60g macadamias
- 2 TBS dessicated coconut
- 1 Tbs Goji berries
- 3 Tbs oats
- 5 Tbs peanut butter
- 2 Tbs raisins
- 2 Tbs honey
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and properly blended.
Take about a handful of the mixture and roll into balls, you will probably get around 10-12 bliss balls.
