Banana Almond Fritters With Keto Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients;

Almond Fritters:

Almond – ½ cup
Banana – mashed – 1
Coconut Sugar – 1stp
Milk – 2 tbsp
Egg – Beaten

Chocolate Sauce:

Butter – 1 tablespoon
Coconut Sugar – 2 teaspoons
Coco Powder – 1.5 tablespoons
Milk – 1 Tablespoon or 2 if you want the sauce more runny

Method:

Take all ingredients for the almond fritters and beat together by hand in a small bowl or in a food processer. Cook them, whatever size you prefer – in a fry pan with butter or oil. Try and use the best quality butter or oil you can get.

To make the sauce put all ingredients in a saucepan on low and stir together until it mixes together evenly and becomes smooth. Dollop on top of the fritters generously and if you place salted butter on top it will add a whole other level.
